With the right guidance, persons with a visual impairment first learn the basic technique on dry land and also experience what it is like to row together with a team (and an experienced helmsman or woman) in a real boat and go out on the water.

The ultimate goal is to connect interested rowers with sustainable programming at their local rowing club.
